Welcome to our brand new home and enjoy the sunshine and healthy life in the resort style golf community of Lakewood National!
This is a spacious couch home with 3 Bedroom, 2 Baths, and 2-Car Garage (2110 + Sq.Ft Living A/C) , located in the second floor with the beautiful views of water and golf course.
The home is fully furnished to hold enough for 6 people with one Master Suite (King Size bed) and two Guest Bedrooms (one with Queen Size bed and the other with two Twin Size beds), all 3 bedrooms have the spacious walk-in closet.
The airy open-concept kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry. The dinning table, coffer table, and the side table are featured with marble top to give the room modern look.
Lakewood National Golf Club features 36 holes of championship golf designed by Arnold Palmer. It offers amenities for every lifestyle including a zero entry heated pool with cascading waterfall and lap lanes, poolside TIKI bar & cafe, full service spa and hair salon, Fitness center with group classes, on-site TPI Certified Personal Trainer, Eight Lighted Har-Tru Tennis Courts w/ practice court and pickle ball! With a one-time Membership Transfer fee of $600, you may enjoy all of the amenities of Lakewood National including golf .
The November , December, January booking are without the membership, so we would like to give the renter the big discount on these three months.

Summary: Needed a place for friends to stay for a week close to Sarasota Center Blvd. This property fit the bill and was very nice and reasonably priced. Clean, spacious and comfortable for a group of four people. Gated community on the golf course is beautiful! If you are planning a trip, I’d highly recommend this property. One note, there is no grill for cooking out. Guessing there is a rule or covenant that prohibits the use of an outdoor grill. Otherwise, the amenities are excellent!
